Pier 7 Restaurant + Bar e-gift cards are redeemable for food, beverages and gratuity at Pier 7 Restaurant + Bar, 25 Wallace Mews Road, Vancouver. Present the card number shown in your email, on your phone or printed, and your server will apply it to your bill.
Gift cards may be used over multiple visits until the balance is exhausted. If your bill exceeds the card balance, the remainder can be settled by any other accepted payment method.
Pier 7 gift cards do not expire. There are no dormancy, maintenance or inactivity fees, and the balance is not reduced by the passage of time.
On purchases of $100 or more we add 15% to the value loaded onto the card. The bonus is added to the same card at the time of purchase and is not issued separately. The bonus forms part of the card balance and is subject to these same terms.
The bonus is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable. If a purchase is refunded in the circumstances described below, any bonus value is forfeited.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be resold or transferred for value, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Treat your gift card like cash. Anyone presenting a valid card number can redeem the balance. We are not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, or shared with someone other than the intended recipient.
If you entered the wrong recipient email address, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel the card and reissue it if the balance has not yet been used.
E-gift cards are sent by email, normally within a few minutes of purchase. If you chose a future delivery date, the card is sent on the morning of that date. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive, then contact us.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. We collect the purchaser's and recipient's name and email address in order to issue and deliver the gift card, and we use them for that purpose. We do not add you to any marketing list as part of a gift card purchase.
We may change these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
